Your Privacy is important to us

BIAWW is committed to protecting your privacy. We value the trust you have given us and recognize that maintaining it requires that we be accountable in the treatment of the information that you share with us. All staff members, board of directors and volunteers sign a confidentially agreement which prohibits in sharing of information regarding our clients and supporters unless legally required to do so.

Personal information is considered to be information that can be used alone or together with other information to identify a specific individual. Contact information and certain other publically available information such as names, addresses and telephone numbers as published in telephone directories are not considered personal information. BIAWW does not sell, rent or trade the personal information that we have collected on our website or the various registration forms and intake forms that we use. We only use the lists to keep you informed of upcoming events, workshops, conferences, caregiving groups and for future sponsorship requests.

We endeavor to take care to protect the personal information that we collect from you and we will only use or share it with your consent and/and or as required by law. If you would like to have your name removed from our mailing lists, please contact us by email.
