Online advertising is featured within select sections of the Brain Injury Association of Waterloo-Wellington’s (B.I.A.W.W.’s) newsletter and website. Advertisers who want to advertise must ensure their ads meet the BIAWW’s principles for advertising. Advertising generates revenue that helps support the Association’s ability to provide resources to the community.

Website Set-up Requirements
Ads are required in .GIF, .JPG or .PNG format. We can not accept animated advertisements. Newsletter advertising can be submitted in a PDF format although we would prefer a high quality JPG or PNG image.

The Hyperlink to which the ad will be directed and the alt tag text, are also required for website advertising. Tracking of performance is not provided by the Brain Injury Association of Waterloo-Wellington (B.I.A.W.W).

Exposure
Newsletter: Circulated to 1500 clients, supporters of the B.I.A.W.W., Acquired Brain Injury Professionals and Waterloo-Wellington Charities.

Website:  Approximately 3900 unique visitors per month. The B.I.A.W.W. will not be placing advertising on our Upcoming Events pages, Shop, Get Involved pages or Sponsors and Supporters page.

B.I.A.W.W. Advertising Policy
