Thank you for your interest in volunteering with the Brain Injury Association of Waterloo-Wellington!

All volunteers are required to complete the following:
  1. Volunteer Application - apply online by filling out the form below, or download the Volunteer Application form in PDF or Word and email it to our Program & Volunteer Coordinator.
  2. Interview - our Program & Volunteer Coordinator will contact you to arrange an interview in person or by telephone.
  3. References Form - download in PDF or Word and email it to our Program & Volunteer Coordinator.
  4. Police Record Check - All volunteers will need to submit a Vulnerable sector police check.
  5. Oath of Confidentiality - download in PDF or Word and email it to our Program & Volunteer Coordinator.​
