Caregiver Programs

In addition to programs for survivors, we know that support is needed for Caregivers!

Care to Share Program

This free 8 week goal-oriented program provides you the caregiver the right knowledge and support to help you better assist brain injury survivors, but most importantly it provides the knowledge to care for yourself.

In this group you will be able to:
  • Share your stories and experiences in a safe environment with those that know what you are going through
  • Gather with other caregivers to learn together
  • Serve yourself and your loved one with better knowledge

Some of the topics that will be discussed are:
  • Taking care of yourself
  • Changing family roles
  • Managing stress and emotions
  • Effective communication skills
  • Local ABI resources
